ORDERS 

What is the status of my order? 

We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays in the Philippines.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well. 
For indent orders, please message us for lead time. 

 

Can I change my order?

For SALE ITEMS, SPECIAL PREORDER and INDENT ORDERS, all sales orders are final. No cancellations allowed.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to us. 

 

PAYMENTS 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card, and bank transfer. You can choose which payment method you prefer at checkout.

SHIPPING 

Where do you ship?

LIC will handle the delivery and installation of all LIC-supplied products.
We offer introductory FREE SHIPPING for a minimum purchase of P10,000 within Metro Manila. For deliveries and installation outside of Metro Manila, the client will be charged accordingly depending on the location.
For shipping outside of the Philippines, please reach out to us. 
 

 How long will my order arrive? 

 Orders will arrive 3-7 days after confirmation and payment of orders. 

  How can I track my package? 

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date. 

 

PRODUCT AND STOCK 

Can I reserve items?

No reservations are allowed. Only items with confirmed payment will be considered sold. 

The item was available when I placed it on my cart, but why was it out of stock during checkout?

All items are sold on a first come first serve basis. It is possible that another customer was able to purchase the item before you. 

 Do you provide warranty? 

Yes, we provide one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. Anything beyond that will not be covered. (e.g. wear and tear, color variation, improper or unauthorized repair, altered product or modified etc.) 
Light bulbs are not part of the warranty. 
Please make sure to check your item parts once you receive it and report to us any damages upon receipt. 

All sale items are sold as is, where is. No returns or exchanges are allowed. 

OTHER POLICIES

Why is my order cancelled after checkout and payment? 

LIC may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur and full amount will be refunded.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

 

How do I report missing or damaged items?

Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at info@livinginnovations.ph with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.

 Can I return a product? 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
LIC does not accept returns for sale items.
Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs and item/s must be sent back in original, unworn condition. This includes packaging and your packing slip. LIC reserves the right to deny a credit note if item/s are returned damaged in any way.
