Need to replace a part with your Gaggenau appliance?
After the standard check-up and troubleshooting of the appliance, the client will be informed first before proceeding further with the servicing and repair to be rendered.
Spare parts are not included in the servicing and repair fee. Spare parts needed are at an additional cost. Servicing and repair fee is charged per unit.
For spare parts. Upon contract signing we require 50% down payment, before the placement of order. We require then the next 50% payment before delivery and installation, meaning upon presentation of the arrival of goods in the warehouse. Once the customer signs the confirmation, no cancellation shall be allowed.
The usual lead-time for custom orders is between three (3) to four (4) months from the date of down payment. This does not yet include the minimum of two (2) working days needed for installation of the spare parts depending on the severity of the problem.
